Role Overview

The House Manager will oversee all operations of a high-profile VVIP residence, ensuring five-star service standards and smooth coordination across all departments. The role includes managing 25–30 staff members and ensuring exceptional hospitality for the Founder and visiting VVIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise 25–30 household employees (housekeeping, F&B, chauffeurs, security, gardeners, facility staff).
• Oversee facility management, maintenance, and all technical systems.
• Coordinate F&B operations and ensure premium dining service.
• Maintain highest safety and security standards in coordination with the security team.
• Greet and host VVIP guests and ensure seamless service.
• Communicate daily with department heads and ensure smooth operations across the residence.
• Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as House Manager for VVIP/UHNW families, OR
• General Manager of a 4–5 star hotel, OR
• General Manager of a multi-outlet fine dining chain.
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and discretion.
• Hospitality background with strong F&B and facility management knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Available to relocate to Dubai.
