Position Overview

The Head Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional F&B service to the Founder and his guests within a private VVIP residence. The role requires impeccable etiquette, strong hospitality experience, and the ability to provide seamless, refined service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to the principal and VVIP guests with five-star standards.
• Oversee table settings, dining presentation, and service flow.
• Coordinate closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and household team members.
• Anticipate the principal’s needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service.
• Maintain dining areas, service equipment, and mise en place to luxury standards.
• Ensure absolute discretion, professionalism, and high hygiene levels.
• Support small private events and formal gatherings as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter in a 5-star luxury hotel or well-reputed fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, table service, and fine dining etiquette.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• High level of discretion, grooming, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the principal’s schedule.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
