JOB OVERVIEW

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
  • Track project progress and update project management tools and documentation.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Coordinate between all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Ensure payments are processed correctly and on time.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with timelines and schedules for future project completions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Requirements and skills

• At least 3 years’ Proven work experience as a Project manager or similar sales role in Food & Beverage processing industry or the equipment manufacturing industry with wide network & contacts in this field.
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Understanding of beverages/food line operations with knowledge of components of factory beverage line stations such as: blowers, fillers, labellers, packers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• BSc mechanical or electrical engineering or BTS in technical (if strong experience)

Salary : between 2000$-3500$
