JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage and oversee all design process and projects from conception through to final styling
• Create detailed design plans, and evaluate the latest fashion trends of the ready to wear and bridal; as well as, assist in the haute couture and client design
• Approve final designs and make necessary alterations based on feedback
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
• Study design briefs and determine requirements for the Ready to wear and bridal
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts
• Liaise with the marketing, sales and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure product is in agreement with business strategy
• Select fabrics and trims
• Create production sketches for development packages
• Lead and mentor a team of designers to foster professional development and ensure high-quality output
• Structure the team to best divide and execute work
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company’s overall goals

Requirements :

6 to 8 years plus experience in Fashion designer is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion design or and related field is a plus
Experience in drawing on Procreate/ iPad software is a must
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge in MS office
Strong drafting and drawing skills

Salary : Between 3000$ & 3500$
