Job Title: Store & Warehouse Manager
Location: Congo (On-site)
Industry: FMCG – Food & Beverage (Juices, Biscuits, Confectionery)
Salary: USD 2,500 – 3,000 per month + Accommodation
Language Requirement: Fluency in French required

Position Summary:
The Store & Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehousing, inventory control, and material
handling activities. This includes managing incoming raw materials, packaging items, and
finished goods, ensuring proper storage, accurate inventory records, and smooth coordination
with production and logistics departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
• Plan, organize, and supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce waste or loss.
• Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor stock movements and update inventory databases (manual or ERP-based).
Operational & Process Oversight:
• Ensure efficient space utilization and safe handling/storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for timely supply of materials.
• Plan and supervise daily loading/unloading activities and dispatch schedules.
Team Management & Reporting:
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks based on operational priorities.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare stock reports.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/store management in an FMCG or
manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); knowledge of English is an asset.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Congo; accommodation is provided.
