JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations for a mixed-use retail and F&B project, as well as the Owner Associations.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, financial planning capabilities, and a good understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all accounting activities related to the retail and F&B operations
• Handle the accounting and financial management of the Owner Associations within the project
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Develop and maintain cash flow projections and financial models
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure timely reporting
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
• Maintain and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting
• Proven ability to prepare cash flow statements and financial models
• Experience managing accounting for retail, F&B, or mixed-use developments is preferred
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP is required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in financial modeling

Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

*Salary range including transportation : $1800 – $2000
