    JOB OVERVIEW

    Responsibilities:
    • Preparing cover letters for clients.
    • Following up on claims.
    • Assisting clients’ regarding their queries
    • Liaising with underwriters for payments, credit notes and any coordination.
    • Reviewing insurance policies’ information and revising them.
    • Communicating with clients and to assist them in their insurance needs.
    • Coordinating with underwriters to follow up on renewals, clients queries, and on firm orders for new businesses.
    • Coordinating terms and conditions with clients and underwriters.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
    • Good knowledge of MS office.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
