JOB OVERVIEW

Objective: Assist the Store Manager in achieving objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff, and maximizing sales. Collaborate with different departments to maintain effective store operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:
   • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.
   • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by staff.
   • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
2. Operations:
   • Coordinate daily operations, including inventory management.
   • Monitor and report on store performance.
   • Supervise employees, manage schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
   • Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
3. Merchandising:
   • Maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment.
   • Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Human Resources:
   • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising employees.
   • Support employee development and engagement.
5. Relationship Building:
   • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
