    Job Description:
    Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to
    play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our client  innovative  concept in the
    Middle East. This role involves identifying suitable locations, setting up operations,
    hiring and managing the team, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met
    and ensuring business continuity after set-up of operations. The ideal candidate should
    possess a strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for health
    and wellness.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Location Scouting:
    • Conduct market research to identify optimal locations .
    centers in the Middle East.
    • Assess the potential for success in various locations and make data-driven
    recommendations.
    2. Facility Setup:
    • Oversee the establishment of  the centers, including interior design,
    equipment procurement, and layout planning.
    3. Team Building:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals, including trainers,
    receptionists, and other essential staff.
    • Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and
    support.
    4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations are obtained.
    • Stay updated on local regulations related to fitness and wellness
    businesses.
    5. Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Identify potential partners, vendors, and sponsors to enhance the  brand.
    • Negotiate and manage partnerships and agreements to support business
    growth.
    6. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement
    promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
    7. Financial Management:
    • Create and manage budgets for the centers, ensuring cost control and
    profitability.
    • Monitor revenue and expenses, report financial performance to founders
