    Job description
    • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenues.
    • Demonstrate realistic forecasts about sales to the management team.
    • Meet planned sales goals and targets by units and products.
    • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
    • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team from different units and products.
    • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
    • perform ongoing training for salespeople.
    • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
    • Promoting the organization and its products.
    • Understand company’s ideal customers and how they relate to its products.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
