JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily operations and maintenance of electromechanical equipment across the facility.
– Catch out both routine and emergency maintenance for systems including HVAC , electrical panels, pumps, chillers, boilers, air handling units and plumbing.
– Conduct routine facility inspections to verify safety and functionality of systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications:
– Solid background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.
– Experience of 12 to 15 years
– the role covers : HVAC, electrical systems and plumbing, medical gases, elevators, and hospital infrastructure.
– Experience in healthcare settings and regulations.
