JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the facilities department.
o Manage and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
o Supervise security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other FM maintenance contracts.
o Ensure quality control and monitor contractor performance.
o Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Prepare reports on facilities operations and maintenance activities.

Qaulificatios:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineer
• Over 10 years of experience in FM

Salary range :$2000 – $3000
