    JOB OVERVIEW

    Responsibilities: After Training

    •   Maintain and update listings of available properties.
    •   Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage.
    •   Lead generation on a daily basis.
    •   Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be

      created.

    •   Constant coordination with the photographer & Marketing Department.
    •   Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
    •   Expert with up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property

      market within Dubai.

    •   Attending property valuations & property viewings.
    •   Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
    •   Monitoring sales and leasing as they proceed.
    •   Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
    •   Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
    •   Real Estate experience is a plus, Sales experience is mandatory.
    •   Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
    •   Female
    •   Age Bracket: 24 – 30 years old
