JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
• Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems
• Setting up and overseeing the company’s finance IT system
• Set targets for, supervise all accounting, and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations
• Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks & investments
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
• Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
• Support project analysis and the validation of plans.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting.

• Experience in Retail or FMCG sector ”is a plus”.

• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role.
