JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement accounting processes and internal control guidelines.
• Recommend changes in policies or procedures to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost, and Inventory.
• Provide accurate financial reports to management.
• Assist in budget preparation.
• Support the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Lead year-end closing processes with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG Distribution is a must.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
