Responsibilities:
– Manage and develop the fresh product category across all stores.
– Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
– Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing, quality, and delivery.
– Plan and execute promotional campaigns for fresh items.
– Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
– Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams.

Salary range : $1800 – $2000 + incentive
