JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily finishing works including carpentry, joinery, stone, tiling, painting, ceilings, and decorative elements
• Coordinate activities of Gang Leaders, skilled workers, and subcontractors team on site.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and samples
• Inspect works regularly and report defects or non-conformities
• Ensure proper protection of completed and sensitive finishes
• Plan daily and weekly work activities in coordination with site management
• Monitor manpower productivity and report progress to site management
• Enforce site safety rules and HSE procedures at all times
• Monitor usage of materials and report shortages or damages, Ensure correct storage and handling of high-value materials and finishes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or technical certification in construction field is a plus.
• 6 to 15 years of experience in construction with high end finishing exposure
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills

Salary Range & Benefits:
Salary Range: 3,750$ to 5,000$
