JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the cleaning company, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Manage and lead operational staff, supervisors, and administrative teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry
standards.
• Implement performance management systems and staff training programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in tenders and contract negotiations.
• Report directly to the Chairman/Board on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of management experience in the UAE, preferably in cleaning,
facilities management, or related service industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in business development and client management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.

Salary range: 16000 AED – 18000 AED
