JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations for one of our clients, a cleaning and catering company . This role requires strong leadership, Strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure consistent service delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
– Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
-Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operations Management:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of cleaning and catering services across multiple sites.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
– Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply usage to minimize waste and cost.
Financial Oversight:
– Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
– Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
– Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Client Relations:
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
– Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
– Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Human Resources :
– Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
– Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
– Handle disciplinary matters and promote positive employee relations.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
– Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
