JOB OVERVIEW

-Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, and presentations.

-Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and company objectives.

-Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and create compelling visual content.

-Create high-quality animations, including motion graphics, GIFs, and video content, for use in digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.

-Develop storyboard concepts and bring them to life through animation.

-Work with video editors to integrate animations into video content when required.

-Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

-Work closely with team members to review and revise designs based on feedback.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.

-Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to produce cohesive and impactful content.

-Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends, tools, and technologies.

-Optimize graphics and animations for different platforms and ensure they are accessible and mobile-friendly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong animation skills (Portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with web design (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
• Experience in video editing.
