    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Mechanics to lead our client automotive garage in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the Head of Mechanics, you will oversee the daily operations of the garage, manage a team of mechanics, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all automotive services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the automotive garage, ensuring all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.
    • Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues, providing expert technical advice and solutions.
    • Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain an organized and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
    • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability and proper stock levels.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and maintenance work.
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
    • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
    • Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Effective communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
