- Manage OMNI (online & Phone Sales) day to day operations with OMNI Area Managers and Call Center Supervisor
- Forward and out of the box thinking to increase the OMNI Market share and constant upgrade of OMNI services
- Manage the Loyalty program inorder to increase Loyalty Holders contribution
- Analyze and Capitalize on market trends
- Expert in Magento and Weevi
- Good communication skills with third party implementers
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Navision and Business Central
- General knowledge in Power BI
