    Job description:

    • Manage OMNI (online & Phone Sales) day to day operations with OMNI Area Managers and Call Center Supervisor
    • Forward and out of the box thinking to increase the OMNI Market share and constant upgrade of OMNI services
    • Manage the Loyalty program inorder to increase Loyalty Holders contribution
    • Analyze and Capitalize on market trends
    • Expert in Magento and Weevi
    • Good communication skills with third party implementers
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Navision and Business Central
    • General knowledge in Power BI
