    The HORECA Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key clients in the hotel, restaurant, and café sector, driving sales and ensuring the effective distribution and promotion of dairy products within these channels. This role is crucial in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets within the HORECA segment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    – Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    – Sales Strategy: Implement and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the HORECA segment.
    – Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and promotions with HORECA clients, securing favorable terms and agreements.
    – Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences specific to the HORECA sector to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
    – Product Management: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market demands and client needs in the HORECA channel.
    – Performance Tracking: Regularly review sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
    – Customer Support: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by HORECA clients promptly and effectively.
    – Forecasting: Build forward forecasts based on clear building blocks, ensuring accurate predictions for demand and supply planning in the HORECA sector.
    – Promotion Management: Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns tailored to HORECA clients, enhancing product visibility and uptake.
    – Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on product usage, ensuring optimal application and satisfaction.

    – A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
    – Proven experience as a HORECA Manager or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry, preferably in the dairy sector.
    – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the HORECA sector.
    – Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
