    Human Resources Responsibilities
    • Developing vendor management processes and drafting HR policies
    • Working with hiring managers to design and develop job descriptions
    • Making recommendations to company hiring managers, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, and following up on the interview process status
    • Monitoring employees and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies
    • Managing employee relations activities including investigations and appropriate coaching and training requirements
    • Establishing practice guidelines for retaining talents
    • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
    Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
    • Developing and sustaining existing and new vendor relationships
    • Developing and implementing vendor selection checks to ensure that the best vendors are secured
    • Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors
    • Evaluating current vendor management program and identifying ways to improve it
    • Coordinating all vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts and vendors rates. Monitoring existing contracts and updating, renewing and/or cancelling them when needed
    • Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
    • Liaising with suitable vendors to assess their profiles, inquiring about the services they provide (translation, proofreading, editing, typesetting, etc.), negotiating pricing
    • Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing them of their roles and responsibilities
    • Designing business guidelines for vendors.
    • Sourcing potential candidates from social media or professional websites, screening resumes, identifying, and recruiting the most qualified to fill the needed positions
    • Communicating feedback and concerns and acting as an intermediary between vendors and relevant departments
