JOB OVERVIEW
Develop HR business plan, goals, objectives and systems
Maintain Motivation programs and ensure adequate employee satisfaction
Participate in the various decision making committees
Provide coaching and guidance to personnel, and serve as an intermediary between the management and its employees
Support professional development initiatives and other programs that enhance employees’ growth
Develop and perform periodic training needs analysis and control the training delivery and outcomes
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Maintain adequate culture and provide conflict resolution
Develop, maintain and revise the company’s handbook, code of ethics
HRIS administration, maintain employee records and confidential information
Maintain organizational charts and employee directory
Conduct annual salary surveys and submit reports to management to take actions when necessary
Develop and implement policies (Attendance, leaves, recruitment, motivation, onboarding, training…)
Provide employee relations counseling and conduct new employee orientations
Perform exit interviews
Develop, monitor, implement the Performance Appraisal, and revise the job descriptions when necessary
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, resolving disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars
Liaise with the Internal Audit, the Group HR, and third parties to continually ensure best practices at the workplace
Requirements:
Adequate professional education (MHRM, BA), HR certificate is a plus (SHRM CP, PHR)
