JOB OVERVIEW

·       Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional interior concepts.

·       Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for design projects.

·       Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.

·       Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to meet design requirements.

·       Communicate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders during project implementation.

·       Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

·       Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and materials to enhance design capabilities.

·       Assist in project presentations and client meetings to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or related field.

·       Proven experience in interior architecture, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit), and Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

·       Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
