JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement interior architectural plans accurately.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with the design team, clients, and other project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management and contracting for interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
