    Operational Duties
    1. Develop detailed audit plans, programs, and charters for approval by the Board of Directors
    2. Carry out the internal audit functions as per the approved audit plans, programs, and charters
    3. Participate in committees assigned with designing and reviewing of internal controls
    4. Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial and operational information
    5. Conduct any special audits and reviews as requested by the Board of Directors
    6. Evaluate and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
    7. Perform specific audit procedures and document the audit procedures performed
    8. Prepare comprehensive written audit reports
    9. Follow-up with relevant personnel to determine the adequacy of corrective actions
    10. Provide assistance and support to external auditors as requested
    11. Manage the development and establishment of Internal Audit policies and procedures consistent with the Board of Directors overall guidelines, objectives, and standards and ensure their adequate execution; evaluate the results of overall operations on

    Education Requirements
    – Bachelor’s degree in finances, economics, business management from an accredited university with 5 to 6 years of related experience in a financial institution or bank preferred.
    – Good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English, French is a plus
    Operational Skills
    – Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
    – Good organizational and time management skills
    – Attention to detail in follow-up and reporting
