JOB OVERVIEW

Investment Manager:

• Responsible for creating and managing investment allocations and determines the appropriate level of risk based on the time horizon, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions.
• Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities and consultation to develop investment objectives.
• Create reports on investment performance and activity
• Communicate with the chairman about his accounts, market conditions and economic trends
• Manage equity, bonds, and derivatives portfolios with the aim of maximizing investment returns
• Commensurate acceptable levels of risk based on client instructions
• Handle financial products as required
• Work together with investment research teams to identify investment opportunities

Qualifications for the investment manager

• Master’s degree in business, finance, investment or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in investment and financial assets management as an analyst or assistant manager in a financial institution environment, or in private banking
• Strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High interest in and enthusiastic about economic and financial market trends
• Flexible to travel to meet clients as required

Salary Range:

• Salary for the potential profiles 3-5 years’ experience is between 3500$ & 4500$
• For 5-10 years of experience: between 5000$-7000$
• 10-20 years’ experience :7000$-10000$
