JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the landscape maintenance contractor, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of landscaping services.
• Conduct regular inspections of all landscaped areas (softscape and hardscape), identifying areas requiring intervention or improvement.
• Ensure adherence to project design intent and specifications in the maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor furniture.
• Review and approve contractor schedules, staffing plans, and work methodologies.
• Oversee and monitor the performance of the pest control contractor, ensuring the pest management strategy is properly implemented and updated as needed.
• Collaborate with environmental and health & safety consultants to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of landscaping and pest control operations, issues identified, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare regular reports on the condition of landscaped areas and contractor performance for internal review.
• Coordinate with internal teams, third-party consultants, and local authorities when needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, plant care, and pest management.
• Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure delivery according to KPIs.
• Experience working on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments is preferred.

Salary range: $1200 – $1500
