    • Leading both, in-house and outsource team to follow marketing strategy
    • Art direction and progressive marketing plan
    • To be able to work with retail team to reach objectives for all retail stores
    • Creativity and leadership skills is essential to bring new ideas to the table
    • Plan & develop promotion and advertising in accordance with the marketing plan and analyze the
    • Liaison with newspapers, radio, television, billboard advertisers, and advertising agencies to negotiate
    advertising contracts
    • To be able to constantly push the group to future standards
    • Manage all activities in the Special Events and launches to ensure excellent customer service
    • Keep abreast of concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry
    • Supports the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans
    • Supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales and fostering
    customer loyalty
    • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
    • Managing marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with brands’ identity.
