JOB OVERVIEW

Key responsibilities:
– Develop detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education.
– Review designs and develop shop drawings, material take off lists and procurement schedules.
– Coordination of services.
– Manage project activities and oversee timely delivery of project work.

Qualifications:
– University, Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
– 10+ of experience
– Proven experience in design and delivery of MEP projects, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping/plumbing/fire protection system design and their integration within broader building services.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, mechanical design software and tools.
