JOB OVERVIEW
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation of the assigned
Outlet in line with Brunch & Cake vision, business plan, company guidelines, quality
standards, Food safety and Health & Safety policies. The Outlet Manager assumes
responsibility for delivering budgeted P&L results.
Duties and responsibilities
ü Promote culture and values of Brunch and Cake
ü Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers
ü Ensure that Staff are trained and ready to run the operation smoothly, establish
strong leadership for the team within the Outlet
ü Deliver budgeted P&L, make suggestion on improving sales and profits
ü Compile accurate reports according to company policies and standards
ü Control inventories across food, beverage, consumables and OSNE
ü Enforce established processes and procedures within the team
ü Ensure Outlet operation is meeting all Food and Health and Safety standards at
all time and is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements
ü Maintain outlet facility clean and safe
ü Monitor on daily basis the Outlet operation to ensure high quality product and
service are delivered to each and every customer
ü Conduct regular team training and daily briefings to maintain high standards
ü Schedule staff shifts to ensure sufficient workforce for operation
ü Obtain customer feedback and implement changes in order to improve
operation if needed
ü Address customer queries and complaints courteously and ensure customer
satisfaction
ü Take full responsibility for Cash handling procedure on site
ü Carry out interviews, staff probationary reviews, appraisals and instant
feedbacks according to company policies
ü Take responsibility for all the HR related matters at the Outlet
ü Create and analyze regular reports on the Outlet performance
ü Stay up to date on industry trends
ü Perform well under pressure and in busy environment
ü Show teamwork and support colleagues
ü Carry out any other task outside of direct duties if needed
ü Follow company grooming and hygiene standards
ü Follow Food safety and Health and Safety procedures
ü Adhere to local legislation rules and regulations
ü Attend all the training required
ü Attends all scheduled meetings and brings suggestions for business
improvement
