     Manage the sales process from lead generation to after-sales care, ensuring
    company and legislative compliance at all times
     Manage the bookings process for self-catering accommodation, camping
    and touring
     Manage the storage facility booking process
     Work with Marketing to keep sales literature up-to-date and well
     Play an active role in exhibitions, events, shows and promotions both on
    and off the Park
     Regularly update and monitor social media platforms
     Prepare, organise and contribute to marketing communications
     Supervise and develop the Guest Services Team to enable them to:
    o Actively pursue Holiday Home and Tourer sales
    o Identify and pursue opportunities to maximise bookings, sales and
    other revenue
    o Encourage and pursue upgrades amongst existing owners and
    o Deal promptly and efficiently with sales enquiries, emails,
    telephone calls and visitors, ensuring timely follow up as required
    o Meet and greet sales visitors and guide them through the sales
    o Provide excellent warranty and after-sales care
    o Display and dress stock Holiday Homes to best advantage
    o Ensure familiarity with sales stock, pitches, prices and the Park
    o Ensure the customer database and other systems are up-to-date
    and accurate
    o Maintain high standards of sales records, invoicing and paperwork
     Provide support to the Guest Services Team as and when required in any of
    the above activities
     Identify and implement new business development opportunities

    • Sales, Planning and development of attractions for amusement park
    • developed feasibility analysis for multiple new concept.

    Previous experience as sales manager for an amusement park
