JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all finishing works including architectural finishes, joinery, stone, metal works, specialty ceilings, MEP coordination. And Final Fix Installation
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, and specialist subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and short-term programs
• Ensure exceptional quality standards aligned with High end finishing project requirements
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, Conduct inspections, snag lists, and quality audits
• Ensure all works reflect approved design
• Coordinate procurement of project materials especially for long lead items
• Coordinate interfaces between finishing trades and MEP works and Oversee final inspections, snagging, and handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (A Master Degree will be an added advantage).
• 8 to 15 years of experience in construction with high end finishing exposure
• Excellent Technical, Coordination and leadership Skills

Salary Range & Benefits:
•Salary Range: 4,500$ to 8,000$
