JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s  Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software development. Experience with Temenos T24 is a plus. The Project Manager will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of banking and financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to align project goals with business objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with software development teams to define project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics and risks, to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards in banking and financial software projects.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and business units.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the software development or banking technology sector.
• Previous experience in software development is required (hands-on development experience is a plus).
• Experience with Temenos T24 or other core banking systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial systems, and IT service delivery.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of banking regulations.
• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud technologies, and fintech solutions.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Salary : 2500$-3500$ + approximatively between 1000$ -2000 $ per diem payment /per month additional depending on travel days
