    JOB OVERVIEW

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts requests and purchases.
    • Negotiate with different suppliers to obtain high-quality parts at the lowest prices possible.
    • Prepare purchase orders before initiating any part (s)purchase.
    • Seek out and establish connections with new suppliers for spare parts.
    • Regularly perform market research to verify that the market value obtained is fair.
    • Coordinate with the stockkeeper on inventory level and reorder points as necessary.
    • Coordinate with the stockkeeper to ensure proper parts receiving.
    • Review the quality of purchased and received items and report any faulty items immediately.
    • Coordinate with the service advisor for spare parts costs when quotations are requested.
    • Collaborate with the accounting unit for matters on budget expenditures and cash disbursements.
    • Prepare timely and periodic procurement reports when requested.

    Requirements:
    o Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent degree.
    o Minimum of 4 years of similar proven experience.
    o Talent in negotiations and networking.
    o Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
    o Strong leadership capabilities.
    o Strong business acumen.
    o Familiar with the use of technology.
    o Great knowledge of MS Word, and Excel.
    o Familiar with figures and numbers and their manipulation.

    Salary : 1000$-1100$ negotiable
