JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Lead digital marketing strategy across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media).
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging online content.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Building relationships with customers through loyalty programs, social media interaction, and community involvement and gather feedback to improve products and customer experiences.
• Analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement strategies.
• Implementing SEO best practices to improve the visibility of the company’s website and content in search engine results. Conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for better organic traffic.
• Planning paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. and Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies based on analytics to maximize ROI.
Overseeing the company website’s design, functionality, and user experience to ensure it aligns with brand standards. Regularly updating website content, product information, and promotional offers.
• Utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Preparing regular reports on digital marketing efforts, providing insights for strategy refinement.
• Building relationships with customers through interactive online initiatives such as contests, polls, or community engagement.
• Working closely with other teams (e.g., Aggregators & Technology / IT) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Salary range : 2400 KWD – 2750 KWD
