JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description:
As an SDR, your primary duty is to generate business for the company via Lead Generation, Telesales, Email, Networking & Relationship Building
Primary Responsibility:
– To call, introduce & qualify/disqualify the business Brokers to the company’s Platform.
Once you have qualified a lead, you will pass them on to the Account Executive, who will demo and close the deal. You log all your activities within our Sales CRM and have great note-taking ability.
Further Responsibilities
– Cold & warm calling businesses within the UK, EU, USA and MEA regions.
– Engaging with Key Customers & Accounts
– Partaking in weekly, monthly & quarterly sales meetings when required
– Direct sales calls & emails before, during and after marketing campaigns.
– Direct sales calls & emails to recruit existing customers into new initiatives.
– Inbound sales support calls & emails.
– Generating leads in new territories and markets.
Requirements:
– Highly Proficient in Written & Spoken English.
– Excellent telephone manners and presentation skills.
– Organized, punctual & has excellent time management.
– Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.
– Have at least 3 YearS+ of Sales Based experience.
– PC & Technology literate.
– Comfortable & proficient when using CRM Sales Software.
*- Understands a Sales Pipeline, Buyer Personas & how to Qualify/Disqualify leads.
– Must be comfortable in overcoming objections.
– Charismatic, cheerful and can build rapport quickly.
– Hardworking & have good negotiation skills.
