JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
– Identify and research potential clients, market segments, and sales opportunities to expand the company customer base.
– Develop a deep understanding of the toy industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
– Generate leads, initiate contact, and conduct sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the unique value propositions of the company products.
Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
– Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and upsell additional products that align with their preferences and interests.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company growth objectives and market potential.
– Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our toy offerings.
– Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
Monthly Reporting:
– Develop comprehensive monthly sales reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, client engagement, and revenue growth.
– Utilize data visualization tools to create visually engaging reports that effectively communicate the progress toward sales targets and objectives.
– Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in tracking sales figures, invoices, and payments, and reconcile any discrepancies.
– Present the monthly sales reports to the CEO and other relevant stakeholders, offering analysis, actionable recommendations, and strategic insights to optimize sales strategies.
Sales Performance Tracking:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
– Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding (BTL and online)
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional post-sales support.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the toy, consumer goods, or related industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in using data visualization tools.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
