JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base in the highly competitive frozen food market.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Identify and develop new business opportunities.
– Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
– Propose strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Promotions & Campaigns:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
– Drive product awareness and support product launches.
Reporting & Documentation:
– Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
– Provide feedback on customer needs and market insights to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in frozen food distribution.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Fluency in English
– Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary : $2,000 + Accommodation
