Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out market research through understanding customer needs, (4ps price, product, promotions, and place)
• Identify opportunities to grow and increase profit and monitoring the competition in the market
• Does sales follow-up by ensuring a door to door marketing strategy is implemented by the team
• Maintain data of customers categories (restaurant, SMKT, Retailers, Bar, Stockiest)
• Design route plans on completion area and draw route maps.
• Confirm selling at company recommended price.
• Supervise, monitor, and manage the performance and discipline of the team
• Market survey as per brand against completion, (special sheet designed for this purpose)
• Analysis for fast- and slow-moving brands
• Evaluate Agent distribution means (staff, transport)
• Explain to customers profitability of doing business with the company
• Train sales team and depot managers on stock control book and sales report
• Suggests plans, promotion, strategies of the visited area to improve distribution and boost sales
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports (on top of end of area activation reports
• Performs any other task as per management request.
