    Assist in the preparation of budget, and other forecasts (projected financial statements) as required in line with the company guidelines and strategic objective.
    Assist in the preparation and the analysis of financial statements and any other financial reports.
    Review and approve daily recurrent accounting transactions such as journal vouchers, payments transactions, credit and debit notes, etc. and making corrections where needed
    Preparing non recurrent accounting transactions, that includes but not limited to, prepayments, accruals, depreciation, Ri distribution, foreign exchange differences, end of service indemnity catch up provisions, etc.
    To prepare reconciliations related to group accounts, Reinsurers, TPAs.
    To review and validate other reconciliations prepared by assistance such as banks, cash, suppliers, etc.
    Prepare all regulatory reports for stakeholders such as reports to the Insurance Control Commission, ACAL, etc…
    Compute taxes and prepare tax reports to the regulators.
    Detect any need to transfer funds between bank accounts and prepare instructions letters needed in line with the upper management direction.
    Establish and properly handle the fixed assets register (Manual and/or SAP). Participate in fixed assets stock taking.
    Ensure proper implementation of accounting and finance policies and procedures.
    Ensure proper archiving of accounting records and related supporting documents
    Assist in the preparation of periodical closings.
    Responsible for the evaluation and conducting the performance appraisal for the direct subordinate in line with the HR policies and procedures.
    Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
    Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). And International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    Prior experience in preparing budgets/forecasting and long range forecasting.
    SAP and HFM knowledge.
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
    Excellent Analytical skills.
    Salary Way of payment: 60% Cheque USD , 40% LBP
