JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Assist the claims director in handling and processing marine and property insurance claims from inception to resolution.
• Assist the claims director in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external adjusters to resolve claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of claims progress.
• Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Business, Insurance or a Master degree in related field.CII is a plus.
* 5-7 years of experience in claims

• Salary range : $2000 – $2500
