JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the senior team in handling and processing marine and property insurance claims from inception to resolution.
– Assist the senior team in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.
– Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external adjusters to resolve claims.
– Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of claims progress.
– Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process.

Key Requirements:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in Marine and Property claims handling Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary range : $1500 – $2000
