JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities & requirements:
– To be able and to have experience in Injecting mold Machinery especially production of Plastic garden furniture.
– Should have no less than 15 years experience in this field. Machinery ranging from 250 MT to 1500 Tons.
– The engineer should be able to identify all operation processes and be able to plan production accordingly.
– He has to be able to identify issues on the machinery especially electrical and mold issues.
– Should have the experience to handle all the PLC machinery and be conversant in the repairs and programming of these.
– Should have a good knowledge of mold designs and maintenance is essential.
– The candidate must have worked in a big plastics producer and it would be an advantage if he has worked with plastic garden furniture.
– Should have a good experience in the use of reprocessed material is an advantage.
