    Has 3+ experience in at least 2 projects using required technologies as a fullstack developer.

    Nice to have experience as a technical leader. May be a deputy of Technical Leader in complex projects or be e Technical leader in less complex ones. Transforms business requirements into technical ones including functional and non functional. Creates technical analysis of epics and user stories, estimates tasks, implements complex backend and frontend solutions. Supports Technical Leader in designing architecture and proposing new solutions.  Actively proposes new ideas and solutions. Makes research on new technologies and discusses the choices with technical leader. Has experience in implementing a full set of complex user stories. Is able to take simple to medium devops tasks. He is keen on learning a domain of the project.  Nice to have experience in mentoring younger developers. He is eager to learn and is not afraid of taking responsibility for tasks that he is not experienced with.

    Expert Full Stack Engineer

    Has 5+ experience in various projects using required technologies as a fullstack developer. Has experience as technical leader in at least three different projects or three years. He/she designs and creates system architectures, [preapers specifications and analysis of functional and technical requirements. Designs CI/CD pipelines and has experience in devops duties. Brings new technologies to the projects, proposes and defines technical solutions based on business requirements. Presents technical solutions in front of partners/clients and negotiates new technologies to be used. Has hands on experience on troubleshooting complex technical issues and has willingness to constantly learn cutting edge technologies and master new engineering skills.  Is keen on mentoring younger developers and influencing organizational aspects of the projects with emphasis on agile principles
