– Supervise the quality control of the Cake section and reduce the risk of microbiological contamination.
– Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, laboratory sciences, Microbiology and, food science and technology or related field, Masters preferred.
– Experience min 7 years
– Working knowledge of standard operating procedures, analytical test methods and generally accepted lab practices.
– Expertise with performing lab investigations, change controls, and associated CAPA under limited guidance
– Subject matter expert for all microbiological methods in accordance to CGMP and GLP guidelines and componential requirements and familiar with lean six sigma principles
Solid and proven experience in layer cake lines and associated micro risks
