JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-sector projects.
• Develop and optimize supply chain processes, procurement strategies, and inventory management systems.
• Implement compliance frameworks adhering to strict regulatory standards (Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals).
• Drive operational efficiency through digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and liaise with international suppliers.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and proactively mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic project management, supply chain optimization, and operations.
• Proven track record in managing complex, high-value projects across regulated industries (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and implementing operational automation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a clear focus on efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
