    Content creation (design and copywriting) across all our own social media platforms, website and email in a way that fits the company branding and culture
    Setting up the monthly content strategy all social media and pick the topics to feature and repurpose on IG feeds and stories and other channels
    Improving engagement and growth with the right content
    Writing, editing and proofreading content in Arabic and English
    Develop a cross-platform content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
    Write and design ads for our internal clients (ecommerce, lead generation and courses/educational)
    Community management duties including moderating comments, replying to DMs and solving marketing related issues
    Escalating any issues to the relevant internal party and perform research
    Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
    Audience, competitor and digital marketing research to discover any new trends and best-practice in social media and industry in market and globally
    Perform social media analysis and report back on trends you notice on a weekly basis
    Other related duties


    Extensive experience with content creation and design (for yourself and/or a client)
    Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically
    Work experience with a digital agency preferred
    Project management tools user (Clickup preferred but not necessary)
    Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction
    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    Strong organizational and planning skills and excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work

    Responsibilities include managing our social media accounts (Instagram Linkedin, Facebook Page and Group etc) and email marketing in Arabic mostly and English. You will create and design original content that will add value to our target audience and translate into engagement, growth and brand recognition and increased reputation. You will also respond to people in DMs, emails and groups in a timely-manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

    This role is fully remote and full-time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically. You need to have an Arabic keyboard and be comfortable typing in Arabic – it will be mostly in Lebanese/regional accents. Please do NOT apply if you do not have experience with Arabic content creation.
